Master Lease

With funding from the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, Tedford Housing, in partnership with Sweetser and Coastal Economic Development,  leases six apartments in the region. In turn we sub-lease the apartments to individuals and families exiting short-term shelter or at risk of becoming homeless.  Under this program, Tedford Housing holds the lease and manages the property while maintaining case management services for the tenants.
